Annual General Meetings

Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are an important part of effective club governance, providing members with an opportunity to review the club's performance, receive financial reports and participate in decisions about its future.

To support Queensland race clubs in preparing for and conducting their AGMs, Racing Queensland has developed a range of practical resources, guides and templates.

These resources are designed to assist clubs with meeting their constitutional obligations, managing committee elections, preparing meeting documentation and ensuring their AGMs are conducted efficiently and transparently.
